11:23 A.M. - 1117 N. Kedzie - Caller's girlfriend is at women's shelter with her children and told him she wants to kill herself. Check on well being.
11:27 A.M. - 2434 N. Western - Caller wants illegal parker moved.
11:27 A.M. - Western and Fullerton - Car accident called in. Officer on scene reports no evidence of accident, has been sitting at location for a while.
11:33 A.M. - 2719 W. Potomac - Caller states male broke into her apartment while she was in it and fled the scene.
11:36 A.M. - 111 N. Kedzie - Theft. Male black, 35, blue hat. Caught stealing and is now trying to leave the store.
11:40 A.M. - North and Western - Auto theft in progress. Caller states offender took off westbound on North with his 2002 dark grey Jeep Cherokee. Offender claimed to be taking car for a testdrive, but took off. Jeep has balloons on it, temporary plates.
